Yadipza Benitez is an outstanding lawyer, with very high competence in negotiations management and extensive experience in the representation of national, foreign and multinational corporations. Yadipza stands out for her ability to follow up, her close attention to legal details and ability to interact effectively with clients and counterparts, whether they are friendly representatives, or even adversaries. She has been working at The Del Carpio Law Office for 15 years.

Her practice is mostly focused in Civil and Commercial Law. She obtained her law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, in 1999. She holds a Master's Degree in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). Attorney Yadipza Benítez has completed diplomas in Fiduciary Business Administration, Notarial Law, Arbitration, Business Management and Management Skills.  Mrs Benítez has gained experience in Civil Procedure Law, with special emphasis on the enforcements procedures and litigation. Yadipza actively participates in national and international congresses, seminars, and forums on law and credit recovery. She currently serves as International Business Manager at the Del Carpio Law Office. She has also worked in the areas of Corporate Law, Renewable Energy and Intellectual Property. She speaks  Spanish, French and English and has basic knowledge of Italian and Portuguese.
